Philanthropy? What is that? I'm glad you asked! Let's talk Xi... The way I view philanthropy is giving back to an organization to better the lives of others. (Websters Dictionary goes into a different wordy definition.) Every sorority has a philanthropy that they raise money and awareness for! Alpha Xi Delta's philanthropy is Autism Speaks, and boy do we have a lot to talk about! We are working to promote understanding and acceptance of autism and raise funds by holding AmaXIng Challenges each year. Our chapter hosts a color run during the fall semester every year. The sisterhood of women that lives within our hearts.  The loyalty and friendships of which we are a part. Alpha Xi Delta holds a special place in all our sisters hearts, and we would like to share it with you! Here on our blog we will give you an inside look on our chapter here at Jacksonville State University. This blog is also here to tell you about the recruitment process on our campus! What is it? When is it? What should I wear? Don't worry, we will get to all of that later. In 1968, Alpha Xi Delta was founded on campus as the first Panhellenic organization. Since our founding, the sisters of the Epsilon Pi chapter have come a long way in realizing their potential.  Our sister Darby has been crowned as Miss JSU 2019.
